Comprehensive evaluation: Is it good to deploy while preventing attacks on 《The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister》?
Due to the conditions, I use it to prevent @Ignister from attacking his Link Monsters, but in that case, it is unlikely that he will encounter a monster with ATK 4600 or higher, and even if he can deploy, he will tend to limit himself to one.
There is also a risk that this card that is face down before attacking will be destroyed.
Using a lot of link materials, he has an ATK of about 4000. If it is "The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister", it will not be affected, so there is a possibility of being attacked, and there is a high possibility that ATK will be 4600 or more, so compatibility with this card I don't like it.

While ending the battle, you can deploy monsters from the EX Deck, but the existence of monsters with specified conditions + attack reaction, and more or less depending on the opponent is severe.
On the monster side, I want to fill it with arrivals that are resistant to card effects in general.
Since it is easy to target destruction in battle with high hit points, it is possible to deploy two or more units.
However, it's difficult to say whether the monsters that can be put out with this card are also things that you want to put out depending on this card.
It works well with Blaze Dragon, but it's not a card to prioritize in @Ignister.
The reward is not good enough for the conditions, so if you're not a fan, shouldn't it be prioritized?
