It's an Equip Spell that can revive and strengthen level 2 and below, but considering the effect of 3, I want to use it in his deck that deals with S monsters.
Living Fossil is an equipment that can revive all lower class, but it weakens and removes the equipped monster when it leaves the field, so depending on the Deck, this may be easier to handle regardless of S monsters.
When he is sent from the field to GY, he can be re-equipped on an S monster, and since it is a Sherry-related card dealing with Noble Knight, it has similar properties to Noble Arms.
His Noble Knight also handles equipment and S monsters, and there are resurrection targets such as Rinaldo, so compatibility is good.
I thought it would be a useful general purpose resurrection in his particular deck.

Comprehensive evaluation: Combined with 《Noble Knight's Spearholder》, it leads to enhancement, and it works well with his Synchro Monster related to Equip Spell.
Using 《Noble Knight's Spearholder》to search for this card with other monsters as tuners, instantly reviving and Synchro Summoning, he can strengthen the Synchro Monster by 700.
Also, it is possible to salvage it with Infernoble Knight - Renaud and turn it into Linkuriboh or something like that, then revive it again with this card and connect it to Link 2.
If you synchronously summon 《Power Tool Mecha Dragon》, you can equip it instantly, draw it, and strengthen it, and there are many places where you can use it.
