It's a card I personally like, but it doesn't mesh well with mainstream Time Thief deployments, so it's rarely used.
A Trap-type Time Thief that fights with traps while maintaining 《Time Thief Redoer》, which has excellent effects, can be very active as a deck engine. If you can drop it to GY, you can gradually earn an advantage by collecting 《Time Thief Winder》and 《Time Thief Adjuster》on the field every turn.
His current Trap-type Time Thief is a Time Thief Regulator card, so it's unstable, but depending on the future new cards, it may be possible to transform with this card.

Time Thief that comes with the comics.
It has the effect of releasing itself and banishing 1 opponent's monster until the end phase, and the effect of self-regenerating by returning his Time Thief on the field to the hand.
The first effect is to remove troublesome cards when other cards are lined up, and aim for damage all at once. The cost of releasing this card is high, but since this card can self-regenerate, that part is not a problem.
Self-regeneration requires you to bounce your own cards, but it works well with crowns and adjusters that have their own Special Summon effects and summon triggers. That said, there aren't many Time Thief cards that are good to bring back, and although it offers a wide range of tactics, it may be a tough card to play the leading role.

One of the Time Thief, an overseas precedent theme that has been blessed with many new things recently. Mainly useful for reusing his Psychic's Time Thief effects.
In particular, Lew's can be deployed without using summoning rights by using X materials, and has the effect of searching for category cards other than itself when summoned / Special Summoned successfully, so it is a good match. If you use the effect of removing the X material of the X monster that removed the material with the effect of the crown and the effect of removing the X material of the X monster, it will consume a lot of the X material, but Time Thief has Redan that can supply the X material periodically, so it is a problem. I don't think so.
Even if you are on the field, you can release yourself with the first effect to temporarily remove the opponent's monster, and by going to his GY, the second effect will be easier to use, so he is Time Thief. I think it's a pretty easy monster to use.
If there is a drawback, it is that there are few monsters that can make use of the effect. Psychic's Time Thief, which goes into the main deck where you can make use of its effects, is half of Machine's Time Thief, and the adjuster is a class of cards that are difficult to use even among Time Thief, and Machine's Time Thief has an effect that releases itself and can be used from the field. It has a conditional GY resurrection effect that removes it if you leave it, so there's no point in returning it to your hand... One thing I'm curious about is, does this effect allow him to return the Time Thief X monster to the EX Deck? Well, even if I could get it back, the Time Thief is good at supplying X materials, so I don't think it's possible to run out of X materials and become a stick.

The problem facing the Time Thief Deck is that he depends on the deck's regulator and stops at a single jam, but this card can't even be a starter, and it doesn't particularly allow for new developments. . Since the number of monsters in the field does not change, bezel ships and time clocks are the winners as deployment parts. Even if you use it as a removal, it's not enough to use the summoning right, and if you use the effect from the regulator, you can't even Xyz unless you put out a level 4.
Rather than being the card that solves the Time Thief Deck's problems, it does too little as an upside card. As a removal card, it is inferior to general-purpose cards. If you use it as a fan Deck, one copy should be enough.
