However, the effect is not so strong, it is equivalent to contraction with earth and water, negate the effect with wind and light, and generate tokens with fire and darkness. I feel like the token generation effect could be further exploited, but I have a feeling that the other two would be enough to use the Continuous Spell, which has a slightly heavier condition. Of course this card is by no means light and the ATK 2300 Cyber Slink is exclusively a Link 3. Accesscode Talker and @Ignister have the underlying strength to hit these repeatedly, but is that why the effect was relaxed?

[Accesscode Talker] can be expected to damage by halving and generating tokens just by connecting "Transcode Talker" to "Accesscode Talker".
《Decode Talker Extended》alone can be strengthened by generating tokens, so compatibility is good.
《Decode Talker Heatsoul》also works well, and it is possible to draw while connecting to Link 4.
