If you use 《Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju》, you can meet the conditions, but this time you need to use some kind of effect to break through 《Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju》, so it doesn't work so well.

For the "Starry Knight" Deck, I think it's a really excellent card that allows you to search for your favorite "Starry Knight" monsters and 《Starry Night, Starry Dragon》.
