Although it is an EX Deck meta, it has a somewhat unclear activation condition that requires an EX Deck monster in each other's field. This condition is quite heavy, and you want to break through the opponent's control board with the effect negate, but you have the risk of becoming an accident card because you don't have EX monsters.
Then, what would happen if you could use it at an early stage in advance? It seems that the two monsters that are the activation conditions of the opponent will fight each other and cancel the negate effect.
There are 《Dark Ruler No More》and drop as effect negate cards to overcome the control board side, and I don't feel the need to use this hard-to-use card.
