If you create extras on the premise that you can remove all cards with this card in a deck that uses support or Anchamoufrite, you run the risk of ruining those cards if you can't draw this card.
Even as an extra meta, the chances of it being able to fulfill its role when the opponent takes the first attack are greatly reduced, so it is quite difficult to use this card as the main card, as it can only be used effectively for a very limited amount of time during a duel. I think that's what it means.

However, even a deck that doesn't need an EX deck doesn't work well with his deck, which uses Greed and Gratton. Also, his Monarch King, who has many cards that require an EX Deck-less condition, cannot be EX Deck-less unless this card comes if an EX Deck is loaded on the premise of this card.

It seems that the ratio of the environment deck depending on the EX deck is related to the adoption of this card.

Virtually new to Murakumo Daiza. The effect of excluding 15 cards is a powerful one that the opponent cannot use the EX Deck.
However, for Daiza Murakumo, the EX Deck is also a resource, so this card, which eats up it at random, is not an easy card to use. And even without an EX Deck, his deck is normal, so it's hard to say that it's an absolute blockade. It's a Special Summon Seal and Normal Trap card, so it's not compatible with 《Vanity's Emptiness》.
