Throw away the EX Deck...! !
It has the effect of excluding as many EX Decks as you like, and excluding that number of EX Decks until the end.
Even if you banish a few cards, the opponent's cards that can be banished are random, so most of them are ineffective. If I were to use it, would I be able to throw away 15 cards at once and drive my opponent into an EX Deck-less state for one turn? Of course, this will be EX Deck-less all the time, so it is a major premise to operate with a Deck that does not require an EX Deck.
However, even a deck that doesn't need an EX deck doesn't work well with his deck, which uses Greed and Gratton. Also, his Monarch King, who has many cards that require an EX Deck-less condition, cannot be EX Deck-less unless this card comes if an EX Deck is loaded on the premise of this card.
Is there a way to think of it as a card that removes up to 30 cards at once? Soul absorption works well.
