I think Batteryman was designed to run a robot with a battery, but it's stronger to let it leak or Xyz without using a battery for such a junk.
The effect of single and AA is subtle, and AA's 3400 RBI is reasonably useful, so I'd like to aim for this, but it seems better to let AA go out of control or "Batteryman Charger" Tribute Summon.
