The effect is exactly the same as Ekam. 2 to 4 are Ecam's deterioration in the part that can not become Sinyunya.
The true terror of Numeron lies in its ability to line up four Numbers Xyz at once.
《Memories of Hope》becomes a terrifying draw card that draws 4 cards, and the original condition makes it possible to X-summon Hope Zexal, which was thought to be difficult, and can be easily suppressed. It's also useful as a link material and can even summon Megaton Gale.
It's a theme that gives us a glimpse of tremendous scalability, so I think we need to pay attention to future trends.

There is also the weight of specifying materials, and it is not realistic to have these in regular summons, and it is almost a prerequisite to use them in combination with network + direct.
