"DD" P monsters that appeared in the manga
It's pretty disappointing because it doesn't have any effects related to deployment, but it can be used as an X material for Executive Caesar and Executive Temujin. However, there are ways to get them out without using this card, so I wouldn't put this card in just for that reason.
Regarding the effect, it's a shame that it doesn't work against Link Monster, which was already available when this card was released. However, "DD" P cards that can negate the effects of monsters with obstructive effects are valuable.
I think that it can be unexpectedly adopted in order to search for the hell gate and use the effect of Azeus.

"There's something like this..." (It's really the first time I've heard of it.)
"It's negate, so it's not super weak." ... but I'm not sure if I'll adopt it. As much as it can be used as a material for 《D/D/D Wave High King Caesar》, it seems to be still usable.
"Even so, it's an unfortunate card in a sense."

Even if this kind of effect occurs after the link appears... It will be an environment where you don't have to rely on such links.
It's useless against people with target resistance, and I think that if you have a card pool as large as DD, you'll be able to put something stronger than this kind of thing. The status is also subtle.
However, there are some attractive parts such as being a decoy for negate and becoming a material for the Great King Caesar.
It's not bad at all, but I think it's a card that gives you a subtle feeling of priority.
