It is important to note that the effects that occur during summoning cannot be stopped. It is deadly as an obstruction card because the opponents who can use it are limited.
The effect including the release is also subtle. I wonder if it makes sense to scrape my own monsters and borrow monsters whose effects cannot be activated until the end phase.
Similar to 《Rikka Tranquility》, it can also be used as a means of releasing 《Rikka Queen Strenna》. If you use it, you want to actively aim for combos.
Also, I think that the evaluation changed due to 《Rikka Konkon》.
If you activate "Rikka Sheet" while you have "Rikka Konkon", you can remove 1 body from the opponent's board and take control of 1 body, opening up 2 opponent's boards.
It's easy to combine them, so it's safe to say that the interference effect is higher than before, but the performance as a single item is still low.

Rikka version 《Sky Striker Mecha - Widow Anchor》. However, it has a fatal flaw that it cannot stop the effect of the system that activates at the time of summoning and special summon because it is a trap and prevents the activation of the effect. In other words, it's too late to activate with a chain. Effectively, it's like adding and dividing "Infinite Impermanence" and "Crackdown", but it's clearly inferior to them. Not really worth adopting.
