Strength

Basically, I assume that the summoning right will be used for 《Evil Thorn》, 《Rose Lover》, 《Lonefire Blossom》, and 《Rikka Petal》. 《Evil Thorn》can bring out 《Aroma Seraphie Jasmine》, and 《Evil Thorn》and 《Lonefire Blossom》can activate the effects of 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》and 《Erica the Rikka Fairy》. You can release Rose Lover, so after summoning, you can release Rose Lover with something like Snowdrop the Rikka Fairy, and use Rose Lover's own effect to deploy more Plant monsters from his Deck.

Weakness

I still feel that I am lacking in points. His original high ATK is Teardrop the Rikka Queen, which is 2800. 《Teardrop the Rikka Queen》's own effect can be used to strengthen the RBI, but it's only for that turn, and the multiplier is 200, which is unsatisfactory.
