@Ignister exclusive control card. Although the cost is heavy, it is not compulsory like the errata imperial order, so it can be used as a one-time use. Or rather, @Ignister can't link summon cola without carbonation, so it's probably best to use it sparingly so that only you are not affected by destroying it on purpose.
If it's the same anime-only fan deck tournament, it's an unavoidable level of banning, but as expected, just not being able to link summon isn't enough to control it. If anything, it will pass once, so there is a risk that it will be returned with 《Knightmare Phoenix》.

Comprehensive evaluation: It works as a meta against decks that repeatedly link summon, but the range is a little narrow.
Since he can call multiple monsters from the extra deck without link summoning, it's not uncommon for his deck to not link summon at all, and in many cases, one link summon is enough.
Under the 11th term rules, we can't expect much performance as a meta.
The ability to search with 《Pikari @Ignister》also gives priority to other cards.
If you are also limited in deployment or have a cost, you can step down.

Cards like 《Discord》are finally here.
It can be activated when @Ignister exists, and if the Link Monster is not released to your standby, it will be destroyed, but it has the effect of blocking each other's Link Summons once per turn.
@Ignister itself uses a lot of links, so rather than using it permanently, it's a card to survive one turn because it self-destructs. Combined with the cost and heavy weight, I don't really feel the merit of leaving it permanently.
If you stop the opponent's link for one turn, it seems that there are many situations where @Ignister, which has excellent deployment power, can overwhelm you at once. It will have a certain presence as a valuable suppression card that can be searched with a shiny look.
Nonetheless, except for the link, I will give up and let the link partner pass once. Just like in the anime, the trump card is called once and the board collapses, so overconfidence is strictly prohibited.

In this day and age, where Link is almost essential to deploy from EX, the influence of this effect is not low. Especially if it's a link-centric opponent.
You'll need a link every turn as a cost, but in today's fast-paced age, it's enough to use it all up, and @Ignister, who also uses links, is better off with that.
There is a high possibility that the situation will be overturned by passing it once, so I would like to prepare a separate counter method.
I think it's a very useful card for @Ignister, who isn't very strong during the opponent's turn, in a meta where category search works well.
