When he said he wanted a card like Vendread's charge for Shiranui, it really came, the illustrated ad is amazing.
It's a dreamlike card that you can recruit Shiranui from the Deck or revive from GY while cutting the undead in your hand, such as Bato Oni, but you can't make that dream come true for free, and you need monsters on the opponent's field, so you can undead. There is a double condition that it is tied up, and it is a little difficult to use as a starting point for mass deployment because it is undead on top of being rotten if you attack first.
However, this card is a Quick-Play Spell, which means that you can set it and use it during your opponent's turn. It can be used in a variety of ways, such as connecting it to the next turn, reviving the God of War and God of Flames to remove it, and it is excellent as a follow-up attack on your own turn.
It does have its drawbacks, but even with those drawbacks out of the way, it's still an excellent card.
