A Quick-Play Spell that allows him to Special Summon one of his Shiranui with a different name from his Deck or GY by discarding undead from his hand if there is a monster in his opponent's field.
In Shiranui, he is a powerful Quick-Play Spell that plays the role of pulling cards out of the deck and accelerating the deployment. The hand cost won't hurt too much for an undead with plenty of reanimation from his GY. When activated, he can't Special Summon anything other than the undead, but the undead have a wide variety of EX decks and a wide variety of races, so it can be compensated to some extent.
However, is it a bit painful to ask for a monster in the opponent's field? Most of all, he's a Quick-Play Spell, so you can use it on your opponent's turn.
