Both partners are salvage compatible, so it's not that difficult to align.
However, in addition to the accidental nature of set operation, the compromise summoning conditions that depend on the other party are major bottlenecks. There are plenty of other useful ways to just get a rank 5.
As a point of differentiation, it is possible to clear water ties and support gazeers, but it is not a big advantage because the rank 5 of water ties is slightly matched.
Compared to Panther, I get more support, but my partner doesn't support it, and it's a set operation, so this isn't a big advantage either.
I get the impression that it's a subtle card that doesn't expect great results for its ease of use.
