His RBI is a little low, but if you hit monsters like Hydrogeddon or Guaiba, he can summon Dinosaurs from the deck and set up Lagia or Dorca (or Solde).

The problem here and there is that you have to defeat the opponent's monster with a low RBI, and because of that trouble, the adoption rate is somewhat low in normal Evol.
Shrinkage is what I want to use to assist Lagia and Dorka.
If the effect didn't negate, it would definitely have become Evol's low-ranking ace...it's a shame.
