Unexpected rarity UR in Master Duel.
It's probably a unique card that most duelists think is an "interesting card", but at the same time, I think it's a card that feels difficult to put into practice.
If you use it, you will build his deck around this card for entertainment and fun, but if you build it by adding materials with combos for practicality, the amazing element will fade. I have a dilemma that entertainment will fade.
Also, if you go to the opponent's field, it will be turned into a link material etc. in the main phase 2, so unless you both want to enjoy Rokkoumaru duel, the Sugoroku element is almost impossible.
It is a card for advanced players because it is difficult to handle in various ways.

Since the reward for completing the effect is directly linked to the victory of a special victory, as usual, quite strict adjustments have been made, and in order to achieve it, extraordinary ingenuity and some luck are required.
It is also a feature that the monsters drawn on the card illustration are circling counterclockwise even though the text is written clockwise.

Comprehensive evaluation: Victory by an effect is quite difficult.
It has the effect of randomly moving during the opponent's Battle Phase and laying down a monster there.
If you use it normally, you can only randomly destroy the opponent's monsters, and even if you take it back with Remove Brainwashing, it's too inefficient.
Even if you aim for victory with your own effect, it seems easier to aim for 《Ghostrick Angel of Mischief》if you have 7 Xyz materials.
For the time being, with Springans Merrymaker, he can place Springans in his GY, so it becomes 3 Xyz materials, and if you stack it with Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force, you get 4.
If there is a monster with 2 Xyz materials at the destination, it will be 7.
The monster that skips the opponent's main phase 1 and 3 other monsters, "That Six" and "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" are finally there, so it's too difficult to aim for a win.
