Reverse 《Transmodify》.
Since the level is low, a stronger combo than Transmodify is required.
Compared to 《Transmodify》, it gives the impression that it has even more limited uses, but I think it's powerful enough as a combo part.

The downgraded version of 《Transmodify》is enough, but unlike 《Transmodify》it is impossible to shift from low to high, so the decks you can use are limited compared to those over there.
The biggest feature of this card is that the cost is "Release" instead of "Send to GY". Thanks to this, it is possible to use P monsters as a cost, or to use sacred time monsters as a cost for additional developments.

I think you know the strength of 《Transmodify》, so there is no reason for its level-down version to be weak.
For example, with the Gouki Deck, you can naturally search for Gouki from the deck while recruiting low-level Gouki, so it's a great match, and 《Gouki Re-Match》has a big presence.
