Up until now, The Weather Deck had only played the role of a romantic cannon, but with the new card 《The Weather Forecast》, it became easier to use.
(1)
By excluding yourself from The Weather monsters, the following effects are granted.
When the effect of a Spell/Trap/Monster is activated, this card can be excluded and activated. Negate that activation and destroy it.
In the modern Yu-Gi-Oh, where preemptive suppression is often the winning line, the suppression power that negates the effect is tremendous.
What's more, he can negate up to 3 times if there are 3 The Weather monsters in the link, so the opponent won't be able to do anything.
(2): When your opponent Special Summons a monster, you can send this Link Summoned card to his GY and activate it. Negate his Special Summon and destroy that monster.
It's limited to ss that doesn't build a chain block, but it's too strong to be able to use the same effect as Kamisen just by sending it to GY.
Link 3 will decrease at once, so I'd like to see where to use it, but if he can replenish Continuous Spell Trap with the effect of Kumo The Weather Threat, it won't hurt so much.
Commemorative Kakiko because The Weather, which was slow, can now compete on equal terms with the environment deck. It's dangerous if it comes out strong.
