Upper compatible with Mole, except for the hassle and return of summoning.
It cannot be destroyed in battle, it is not a Special Summon, and if you are in a situation where you can use this monster, even if it bounces to your hand, this card will come out immediately. In addition, it cannot be destroyed in battle and does 0 damage, so neither Castel nor Hope Lightning should be afraid of it!
A card that's nothing but terror, except for exclusions, combat negates, and effect negates.

All S monsters can be put out under the condition of accelerator synchronization called S tuner + S monster. There should already be monsters on the field that can be used for Accel Synchro, so inevitably you will have to summon S monsters that have stricter summoning conditions than Accel Synchro.
Are S summons with material restrictions, S summons that use all three or more S monsters, etc. Basically, I'd like to do the latter, but until 2014, the only monsters that met that requirement were halberds and quasars. Especially quasars are extremely powerful. However, the drawback is that using this card reduces the number of Quasar attacks.
But in 2015, Chiffre finally came! I thought it would be difficult to summon Shifr as the same conditions as Quasar, but with this card, it can be summoned quickly and easily. In particular, the fact that there is no demerit for Shifuru even when summoned using this card is an advantage that the Quasar summoned with this card does not have.
Deck clashes are inevitable, but if you're using Sifl, it may or may not be a consideration.
