"Prismer" can drop "Wight" into GY, but now there are quite a few ways to drop "Wight" into GY, so I don't think it's necessary to bother relying on "Prismer". It's a hopeless stat for a Fusion Monster with no effect, but since it's a DARK that deals with Instant Fusion, it can be used in its own way.
