It's not very user-friendly due to deployment restrictions, but if you include 0 defense, you can travel to various decks and it's a strong card that gives you the possibility of synchronizing. Personally, if I put in a level 3 or 4 defense of 0, it's convenient because I can get a strong duel dragon, Moon Flower Dragon Black Rose and Enma Dragon Red Archfiend. Probably my favorite tuner.
