Beast... Warrior? It says to send out Chariots and Rooks.
It's not limited to rooks, but if you put him in a rank 3 deck with things like T.G.
If you add Astral Force to it, you can probably create a Deck that uses different Ranks 3, 5, 6, and 8, such as Grenzaurus => Volka, 《Photon Strike Bounzer》=> Fergrant.
