In the past, it would have been nice to bounce Monarch's removal effect to reuse and deploy it as a release cost itself.
However, if there are cards like Idea and Eidos that support Tribute Summon without waste in pairs, this card can only be used once by Tribute Summon, which is a bit of an accident.
Even with regards to the search effect, it cannot be used in the first move because of the emphasis on recycling in the first half, and it may end up being a small number of squires.

When I was working with Gaius as a Monarch removal agent, it was already tough, but now the wind is strong.
Locking by Deck Top Bounce is the same as hand bounce for EX monsters, Friche Trap has increased, and Continuous Spell Trap is now used only in limited themes, making it easier to work before returning it.
Also, since Tribute Summon is a hassle, it's not flashy enough in this day and age where blocking performance and speed are required for single-target removal.

He can continuously trap V・HERO, which was a little slow in terms of common effects, and has a high level of support ability to deploy himself as a release cost. Since you can recruit HERO over there, you can deploy two HERO on the field without using the summoning right.
Of course, such an effect like Alive's upward compatibility cannot be without a disadvantage, and only HERO can be put out of EX for that turn.
However, since HERO has Crossguy, the impression that the deployment will be reduced is thin, and it is an exceptional performance that can be deployed while preserving the summoning right while covering it with that disadvantage.
Most of them are V-Heroes that are very subtle, but thanks to this card, all HEROs have acquired the ability to deploy, so I would like to thank you for allowing me to go on a business trip.
