The new rules require you to have at least 2 links, but I think that Synchro Savior card changed that. Good

Borreload S-Dragon claims her Link Monster in her GY, whereas Quantum requires her Link Monster on the field, I think it's an interesting contrast. Depending on the compatibility with Link Monster, there is a possibility that it will change in the future, and it depends on the situation, but I think that it can be evaluated to a certain extent as a general-purpose level 7 synchro.
