Having said that, lining up two level 8s is very rare outside of the Holy Hour, but if it appears in the Hallows, it can be further expanded with the effect of another Hour. It can be used in other decks, but it is even stronger in the original deck. A guy like that Skudra isn't so bad. Also, there are many other rank 8 guys with strong attacks, and this guy is the only one who has both decent hit points and effects... Good
