▶︎ Deck	《Photon Advancer》 8 ヒコモン 2017/12/16 14:49 Appearing out of nowhere, he's a newcomer to Photon. Why now? Along with the photothra, it says that he sent out a Galaxy-Eyes photon dragon. If you raise it to 2000, the conditions for the Photon Dragon Special Summon will be met, but basically you want to Xyz Summon Starliege Lord Galaxion and summon him from the Deck.
