What is a collector? A monster whose name is so mysterious that you can't help but think so. It's definitely trying to eradicate tokens by any effect. It's a ridiculously brutal card against tokens, but the illustration is so innocent that there's a gap between it and it's interesting.
Hand triggers are scary, but above all, he's infinitely annoying from GY. In short, just burying this will stop the deck that uses tokens as the main.
On the other hand, his deck doesn't use tokens, so it's only a wall, so it's a card for the side as others have written. It sticks strongly to the stabbing deck, but it does not sting at all to the opponent who does not sting. I think it's an extreme and interesting card like Norare.
Having said that, it would be utterly devastating to be able to shut out a single deck theme with just one deck in GY. As a token meta, I think it's performance is excessive, so the evaluation is a bit broken 10. Going forward, anyone building a token-based deck should always be prepared. If you think about it, isn't it a pretty important card in the history of Yu-Gi-Oh?

The effect is similar to Goldratt. The usefulness of the effect itself should be inferred from this alone.
The usefulness of this card is to actively send any low-level Cybers to his GY to summon a Link Monster. In particular, the fact that he can actively send Buffalo to his GY, which is impossible with Talkback Lancer, is great, and there are no deployment restrictions like Devotee. The bottom marker is also highly rated.
Recently, it has acquired a new role of converting surplus monsters into materials for Clock Dragon.
For these reasons, it has sufficient performance as a general-purpose link for cyberspace. I definitely want one in my Cybers Deck. Since it is quite excellent as a deployment member, the evaluation is 8 points.

A purple dragon that is a symbol of fusion. Speaking of the purple fusion dragon, the effect of (1) to increase the RBI and the effect of (3) when destroyed are not dissimilar to Starve Venom.
An easy-to-understand enhancement that increases the hit point as the number of material markers increases. This increased the significance of lining up Link Monsters and expanded the range of strategies. It is also a good impression that GY can be fattened at that time. If I wanted to, I wanted penetration.
The effect of protecting other monsters in (2) also gives a sense of security.
Even if it is destroyed, you can grab a turnaround with the effect of (3). If GY has a powerful card, it really looks like they can turn the tables.
Wyvern and Spartoy are excellent, so it's fun to try putting them in his other decks as a gimmick for his spell search.
Equipped with both a high RBI finisher and a relay to the next development, the illustrations are also cool. A good card without complaint as a trump card for the main character.
Fwd's performance could be said to be broken, so this one is 9 points considering that it is well adjusted. One to look forward to.

Why is this normal, that is the biggest question of this pack. so strong.
Even though he can't go first, is the 2,600 RBI suddenly coming in as shocking as a goal? In addition, it is versatile enough to be exchanged 1:1 or more with any card in a free chain. It goes into every deck of his, not just the dino wrestler.
Since the effect is self-contained, it seems that he will continue to play an active role as a representative of high RBI.
His Photon Slasher and Cyber Dragon, which are simple representatives of Special Summon, are differentiated by their level, attributes, theme, etc. Whichever you choose will always come in as a strong option.
It's no exaggeration to say that it's a performance that could break the game balance, with a maximum rating of 10 points.
