What is a collector? A monster whose name is so mysterious that you can't help but think so. It's definitely trying to eradicate tokens by any effect. It's a ridiculously brutal card against tokens, but the illustration is so innocent that there's a gap between it and it's interesting.
Hand triggers are scary, but above all, he's infinitely annoying from GY. In short, just burying this will stop the deck that uses tokens as the main.
On the other hand, his deck doesn't use tokens, so it's only a wall, so it's a card for the side as others have written. It sticks strongly to the stabbing deck, but it does not sting at all to the opponent who does not sting. I think it's an extreme and interesting card like Norare.
Having said that, it would be utterly devastating to be able to shut out a single deck theme with just one deck in GY. As a token meta, I think it's performance is excessive, so the evaluation is a bit broken 10. Going forward, anyone building a token-based deck should always be prepared. If you think about it, isn't it a pretty important card in the history of Yu-Gi-Oh?
