With the condition that you have Bramagis in your hand, you can recruit Bramagis in your hand and monsters of level 7 or lower in your Deck, so the effect itself is strong.
The monsters to pull out are his GY meta's Kaiku, Nightend Sorcerer, and the fantasy "Apprentice Magician" that can assist in battle while searching for Bramaghi.
There is no rule that says Bramagis are bad, so you can simply line up 2 Bramagis and aim for Xyz.
