A Quick-Play Spell that can raise the F.A. level by 2 twice in the field and GY.
Since F.A.'s level rises by activating F.A. Spell Trap, you can activate effects of level 7 or higher with this card alone, even during your turn.
It's not a combat trick, but since it only raises the level, it can't be used in the damage step, so if it's used as a combat correction, will it be used when an attack is declared?
While it works well with Sonic Meister and Turbocharger, Hang On Mach and Whip Crosser are effects you want to use permanently, so this card doesn't work that well until the End Phase.
Weirdly, it also raises the level, so you can trigger his Special Summon in the car navigator.
