Gouki's Link 4 is pretty heavy, but he's good at deploying Gouki, so it should work out.

The effect of 2 is to give the opponent the ridiculous disadvantage of completely reviving any monster they like, and after that, he will resurrect GY's Gouki as many times as the opponent revived.
My opponent was completely revived, but I couldn't revive his Link Monster, and after activating it, he was tied up saying that he couldn't special summon anything other than Gouki.
By the way, even if you want to revive 2 bodies, the opponent doesn't necessarily revive 2 bodies, so it's a bad effect.
Only the position of the link marker is good, but I think he should use Borreload Dragon unless he is revived.
