This guy can be surprisingly strong if you use it well. I use it for ritual Red-Eyes as a secret ingredient.
It works well with Lord of the Red's (1) and (2) effects, and if you combine it with Big Bang Shoot, you can remove surprise attacks.
Another thing is to equip 《Cursed Bamboo Sword》and search at the end.
You can ignore the activation cost, but be aware that you can't equip Equip Spells that have effects for the first time due to the activation cost. (Example 《Psychic Blade》)
It's also a pity that it's a card with such a strong peculiarity because the activation conditions can't be ignored.
Is it salvation that restrictions apply to the turn you activate this card instead of the turn you activate this card?
It's strong if you use it well, but it's at this score because the preparation and restrictions are holding back.
If there are more cards that can be added if they are destroyed in the future, it will likely attract more attention (I am not saying that it will)
