The material is 2 or more monsters, and the same link 4 "Borreload Dragon", "Topologic Bomber Dragon" is looser than "Topologic Bomber Dragon", and tokens such as "Scapegoat" can be arranged.
There are two effects: field or GY bounce, and link destination is battle destruction or GY, and monster development from hand. The bounce effect can only be used once and requires a mutual link, but if there are multiple mutual links, it can bounce multiple times and can be used during the opponent's turn, making it a very powerful effect like Constellar Ptolemy M7. Also, since there is no 1-turn restriction with the same name, you can prevent the opponent from deploying by using multiple units with the same name.
