I remember this card...
Fixed all battles damage to 1000.
Whether it's super firepower like Pawabon Cyber End or just-in-time damage like Avatar or Tsukikyo, it's fixed at 1000, so it can be used to avoid one-shots and earn damage.
However, even though it is a damage earner, it can only hit 1000 per shot, and as a one-kill countermeasure, there is a hand that can be exchanged with an attack check card, so it feels a little lacking in dexterity.
It would have been a big deal if this was also applied to effect damage...
