Drancia made of Nutos material... Ugh! head···!
Nee-chan can be said to be an adjusted version of Grandpa Norden, who returned to the deep sea called Prohibited Prison.
In her Zoodiac in the Masters Rule 3 era, it was a card that made me try a lot of hate along with Drancia.
It doesn't make sense to add more removal to free chain removal.
You can drop it with Tiera-san, or have 《Zaborg the Mega Monarch》cut your stomach to make use of it.
As far as I can think of, it's the only way to use it...
