The missing second generation suddenly rises from the surface of the sea.
It has the effect of being unaffected by monster effects when there is an ocean at level 5, so it really should be combined with Atlantis.
The effect of becoming the first issei is probably because it can be used as material for release of the third generation.
The search effect at the end is written to search Citadel Whale and the third generation, but I feel like being able to search for Coelacanth and some of his Mermail monsters is some kind of evil. .
