Cards that can be used as a starting point for developing link markers,
The material is Cyberse with a level of 4 or less, which is rather strict, and since the level is specified, it is not possible to use Link Spider as a material.
However, this card can be used with one "Effect Monster" as a material, so I think it's a pretty easy card to use in a Cyberse Deck.
The effect of exchanging one monster's hand with Release is not bad, and you can use it for a card that activates its effect by Release, such as "Holy Hour", or use [Control Takeover] to steal monsters. There is also an option that can be used, and in this case, you can move to Link 2, so I feel like using it properly depending on the situation.
Although it has a material designation, it has specs that can be used normally in Cybers, and its effects can be used for general purposes, so I think it's a card that's not bad in general.
