If it's a D-HERO with a fusion axis, it shouldn't be difficult to summon it, but the D-HERO itself doesn't have enough ground power to deploy his Link Monster, so the effect of ① is completely rotten. First of all, this effect itself is too intense to disadvantage.
And the second effect. The effect itself is not much different from the anime, but the effort to summon it and the effect are completely out of proportion.
As a general comment, it is an industrial waste no matter how sweetly it is estimated. Rather than using this, it's more constructive to use Dystopia Guy and win with Burn. In other words, even if it takes more time to put it out, D-END is cooler and stronger.
