Purple super CEO who appeared in the final battle.
The fusion material is heavy with 2 DDDs, and cannot use swirls. It's the same as Caesar Ragnarok, so it's not something you can easily put out.
Both effects are not bad, and it's especially strong that you can use a no-risk removal burn every turn, but it seems to be lacking in power because of the weight of the material.
As a DDD fusion, it is definitely a card that is positioned at the top, but since the effect of 2 is activated, it will eventually be cut off by Lightning Trap. Strong against the Dark Rebellion series.
It should be a card that will help you if you overcome the weight of the material.
