Is it because the Pendulum Scale is quite high at 12 because of the transition to the new rules?
Due to the new rule that only 1 EXZ can be put out, it is honestly tough to have the disadvantage that you can only P Summon from the EX Deck.
Therefore, the P summon element is discarded and locked, or the P effect that doubles ATK is used, but I can't get rid of the feeling that other cards are fine in that case...
For now, just by setting Spell Trap on the field, he can be activated from GY to the P zone, so you can use it for your hand cost once.
I'd like to combine it with Artifact and Paleozoic, which naturally use a lot of sets, but this time it's hard to squeeze his Spell Trap zone.
I like this kind of thing because it feels like it's being adjusted with the new rules.
