While Caesar, which can be played with the same material, does not show its true value unless there are multiple monsters with high hit points on the opponent's field, this one's strength is that it is not greatly affected by the number of monsters on the opponent's field.
However, since he is a Pendulum Monster, he cannot be revived in Abyss Ragnarok without going to GY. He's hard to Pendulum Summon because of his high level. On top of having a Pendulum effect for 1 turn, it also has a weak point that cannot be ignored, so it seems to be good to use a small number of cards.
Also, it's a pity that his deck, which fluctuates ATK, is extremely strong, but it's powerless to weaken himself.
