If it's rule 3, you can use it as an S material and scatter counters, then fuse with your opponent with Sandeu, but there's only one EX monster zone, so I can't deny that it's a bit difficult to handle. .
However, the original RBI is not bad at 2000, so I think it's an advantage that you can expect it to be used as both a removal and an attacker!
