With Kaiju, anything is allowed! A card that has a strong feeling that the idea is quite emerging.
I'll skip the strength of this card because it's troublesome, but I don't think it was necessary to activate it on the opponent's turn because of its ease of use and resistance.
Or rather, it comes out with easier conditions than a normal Tribute Summon, but it's much stronger than the monsters that can be produced with a normal Tribute Summon.
Even after the restriction, it was a card that had no strategic value and ruined the field once it landed, so I finally died.
After all, the strength design was too complicated.
