The hand bounce effect itself is good, but the problem is that it's limited to P-summons, and he doesn't have any other effects related to Pendulum, so he's not a Pendulum Monster, so it's very inconvenient.
The evil dragon with the same status that came out later has a difference in attributes, bounce and exclusion, but he is a Pendulum Monster and can activate effects other than P summons, so there is no point to win.
At least I think it wasn't so bad if the effect activation wasn't limited to P summoning.
Or rather, the starter that contains this is the first product that supports P-summoning, but I think it's strange that there is no intention of P-summoning with two scales.
