"Harpie's Feather Storm" Rating Score by 福人ズッコケ

An anime original card that appears in the Doma edition. It's the first OCG trap card with his Harpie name.
Although it is a one-time use, pay attention to its (1) effect that completely neutralizes the opponent's monster effects for one turn. He needs a WIND/Winged Beast monster to activate, but Harpie is enough to fill it, and it can be activated from the hand due to the merit effect in the previous sentence.
