If you have Harpie, you can use it from your hand, so I don't think it fits well with this card, which has a powerful effect when destroying a set, but Hysteric Sign, which you add to your hand during the end phase, works well with hand activation.
Its first effect negates him from activating monster effects until the end of the turn. Since there is no particular risk, you can strongly constrain the opponent's effects. A pretty good effect in the golden age of monster effects.
