The big difference from "Tin Goldfish" and "Goblindbergh" is that it can slip through Veiler and connect to Xyz.
　With 《King of the Feral Imps》as the axis, search combos like small-scale Gadgets are also possible. It has an exquisite ATK that is comparable to Naraku and 《Chain Disappearance》, and since it is DARK, it can be used as a material for some Evilswarm Xyz and Chaos.
It's weak point is that it can't be used as a wall by itself because it can't be Normal Summoned, but if the Deck is solidified at level 4, it's a stable card that's immune to basic accidents. In the standard rank 4 beat, this card would be the first candidate to search for 《King of the Feral Imps》.
